Diego’s after school smoothie

Image

Diego and I saw this recipe on Taste Buds, a kids cooking show, and it sounded so good! It’s suppose to give kids some healthy after school energy for studying and doing homework.  We’ll see how it works :) You’ll need:

1/4 cup frozen or fresh berries

1 small banana

1 1/2 cup milk (we used vanilla almond milk)

Add these to a blender and whip until smooth. Makes two 6 ounce servings.

So now you are going to be able to do all your homework no problem, right Diego?
